Important Update!!
Oct 2025When the campaign against our agency began a year ago, we could have responded immediately—engaging in back-and-forth arguments, attempting to win a media battle, and focusing solely on polishing our image. But we chose a different path: to fix what needed fixing. We went through real internal challenges. At the time, we could have taken the easier route—reassuring statements, ready-made justifications, and appealing promises for public consumption. Instead, we chose something more difficult… and far more respectful: To improve first, then speak. Yes, there were mistakes. Yes, some criticism was deserved. We are a small, relatively new agency growing at a rapid pace, and that growth brought significant challenges. But with each mistake, we gained experience and learned. However, between legitimate criticism and what was said about us, there existed a wide space filled with creative exaggeration. And we will not accept having the full story of an entire agency reduced to a passing campaign or a fragmented narrative. We are not apologizing. We do not live in a jungle. There is a fair legal system that governs this world—wherever you may be. Anyone with a genuine grievance or legitimate claim against our company has the proper channels available: There are institutions, courts, and official bodies established to resolve disputes and uphold rights. As for "media trials" conducted through tweets, accusations thrown in comment sections, and stories tailored for engagement— they may create noise, but they do not create truth. That said, we respect every legal claim, every professional concern, and every serious dialogue—and we address them where they belong: In the proper place, before the proper authorities. To those who supported us: thank you for your trust. To those who criticized us sincerely: thank you for helping us improve. And to those who may have exaggerated a little… we cannot guarantee there will be no mistakes in the future—so feel free to prepare your stories from now. — Agency Management
